Meet Viola Edward de Glanville, an international expert in stress mastery and breathwork for recovery, wellbeing and mental health, founder of Feminine Capital Forum, co-owner of Kayana Breathwork, and the author of two books: Breathing the Rhythm of Success & Who Makes the Bed? and has co-authored six more. Viola is a multiple-award winner, including a Doctor Honoris Causa, inspirational woman and outstanding contribution to mentoring

She describes herself as a relational being, passionate, adventurous, and in love with humanity, people, and nature, as well as an eternal student who is madly in love with psychology.
